Open API Solutions was formed by a group of ex-Lucent Technologies management, engineers and technical experts. 

Drawing from many years working in the telecommunications environment the team have a deep understanding of the type of products that are needed in this arena.

Our mission is to provide products and services to enable development and deployment of revenue generating communication services.

We aim to be a source of vendor neutral products, providing a test system for Parlay/OSA application conformance testing.

The company enables innovative new communication services to be built quickly and reliably. We are not a proprietary service creation company nor a gateway vendor - just an enabler.

The team has a vast experience to draw from with its work in the telecoms industry. Our expertise has been seen in our contributions to the organisations like ETSI, ITU, Parlay and 3GPP.

Parlay/OSA deployment
We offer a full implementation of the Parlay/OSA 3.1 - 4.2 Framework specifications.  This is platform independent, and can even run on your desktop, enabling you to test your Services’ interactions with a Framework without needing to access a Framework embedded in an OSA/Parlay Gateway and using vital Gateway resources.
